Key Account Manager
Location: Hybrid – St Albans
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annumAbout the Business

About You
- Proven track record in Account Management within the fire and security industry
- Experience managing client relationships and designing/pricing integrated systems
- Skilled in professional use of systems, accurate data entry, and reporting
- Highly organised, motivated, and collaborative
- Able to consistently deliver with integrity and dedication
About the Role
- Reporting to the Group Sales Director, the Key Account Manager will:
- Manage and grow long-term client relationships
- Maximise revenue, secure renewals, and identify new opportunities
- Deliver tailored service proposals and negotiate contracts
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and use CRM effectively
- Track and report on KPIs and business development activities
- Complete site surveys, design system proposals, and follow through to successful delivery
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth contract mobilisation
