Position: Mobile Building Services Engineer

Location: Covering London and Greater London

Salary: From £38,000 to £43,000 (subject to experience level) plus van, fuel card etc

Duration: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position working with commercial clients throughout London and Greater London.

This position will be working for a well established medium sized building services company that have a strong standing in the industry.

This person will be working as a van mobile engineer, covering sites that include offices, schools, hospitals etc.

The right person for this position will already have a strong working background as a building services engineer. They need to have experience in dealing with mechanical and electrical maintenance and have a strong knowledge of health and safety requirements.

We need this engineer to have a minimum of a level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification and a full UK driving licence

Requirements

• Strong background in Commercial Building Services Maintenance
• Full UK driving Licence
• Happy to travel into central London
• Minimum of a level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification
• Strong multi skilled knowledge
• Strong with compliance
• Flexible working attitude
