A leading lighting manufacturer is seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team in the South East region. This is a pivotal role for someone with experience in specification and project-based sales, ideally within the logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing sectors. Your expertise in Relux and DIALux is essential to provide tailored lighting solutions to key accounts, including cold stores, distribution centers, and production facilities.Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, promoting innovative lighting solutions
- Develop strategic plans to grow the sales pipeline and achieve targets
- Provide expert guidance on lighting design using Relux and DIALux
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver bespoke solutions
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
- Provide market feedback to support product development and improvement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in specification and project-based sales within lighting solutions
- Strong knowledge of the logistics and warehousing sector
- Proficiency in Relux and DIALux is essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets
Day-to-Day:
- Engage with key accounts to assess ongoing lighting requirements
- Identify new opportunities to expand sales pipeline
- Work with marketing on campaigns promoting lighting solutions
- Attend industry events and trade shows
- Provide regular reports on sales activity and market insights
