Installation Manager - Fire & Security
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £46,000 + PackageWe're working with a well-established fire & security business with over 35 years' industry experience, delivering projects across the UK & Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Installation Manager to join their team.
The Role
You'll be responsible for overseeing installation projects and managing engineers and subcontractors across a range of high-profile sites including airports and council contracts. This is a hands-on management role ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage installation teams and subcontractors
- Oversee multiple projects across the Midlands
- Ensure quality, compliance, and H&S standards are met
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
- Support project delivery from planning through to completion
Systems Experience (Desirable)
Experience with one or more of the following:
- Gallagher
- Avigilon
- Paxton
- Genetec

The Candidate
- Proven experience in fire and security installations
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong knowledge of industry systems
- Full UK driving licence
