Car Allowance + BenefitsAre you an experienced HVAC Business Development Manager or Account Manager with a proven track record of winning service & maintenance contracts?
We're recruiting for a well-established HVAC contractor seeking a commercially driven sales professional to develop key accounts and secure Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts across London and the South East.
This is an externally focused role where you'll spend your time meeting clients, carrying out site surveys, preparing quotations and developing long-term relationships with FM providers, estates teams and commercial end users.
The Role
- Win new HVAC PPM contracts
- Develop existing FM and end-user accounts
- Carry out site surveys and prepare quotations
- Build long-term relationships with key decision makers
- Work closely with service and operations teams to deliver successful projects
About You
- Proven HVAC service & maintenance sales experience
- Background in Business Development, Key Account Management or Sales
- Strong understanding of PPM contracts and HVAC services
- Ability to build relationships within FM companies, estates teams or commercial end users
- Able to carry out site surveys and prepare quotations
- Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence

- £55,000 - £60,000 basic salary
