Technical Sales Engineer
Location:Hybrid - Yorkshire
Salary:£55,000 plus bonuses, Company Car, Hybrid Working
We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer with a strong CNC machining and metalworking background to support customers across Yorkshire.Thisis a technical, customer-facing role focused on improving machining processes, reducing costs and finding better manufacturing solutions. The role is not about selling CNC machines themselves.
The Role
- Identify process improvements, cost savings and efficiency gains
- Conduct cutting tool trials and recommend tooling, speeds and feeds
- Support CNC machining optimisation across milling and turning
- Developing existing customer accounts and winning new business
- Supporting and developing the Field Sales team with your technical expertise
- Working with strategic tooling and manufacturing suppliers
