Candidate Video Interviewing
By utilising video interviewing it allows everybody involved in the recruitment process to make better decisions about which candidates to progress to interview stage, saving valuable time and unnecessary travel.
It works by comprising up to five questions that you would like each candidate to answer in a recorded interview format. We then work with you to compile a brief introduction video were we explain the purpose of the process and importantly a background into your company, your brand and your culture so that the candidate further “buys” into your potential offering. We can either work with you directly or use one of our key people to record this.
Your interview questions are then recorded or you can use our virtual interviewer who will read the questions as the candidate goes through the process.
At the end of process you receive all the completed video interviews along with any associated documentation such as their CV or right to work documents and you can review and grade each interview accordingly at a time that suits you. Once we received your feedback which can be provided by our online management suite we can declaim or progress to the next stage accordingly.
We typically charge £15 per completed video interview.
