Before joining SER I've been involved in most areas of sales including door to door, field sales and telesales. I've learned a hell of a lot by getting involved in recruitment. Every client, candidate and vacancy requires their own unique approach and must be dealt with accordingly.
No 2 days are the same and I think that's what makes the job so enjoyable.
