Experience:

I’ve been with SER since 2014, starting as a Junior Consultant and progressing to manage the Blackburn office. Alongside this, I specialise in recruitment within the packaging industry.

I particularly enjoy working on technical and niche roles and consider myself fortunate to have built strong, long-term relationships with both candidates and clients over the years — something I’m committed to continuing for the foreseeable future.

Favourite Industry Fact:

The earliest automated packaging machinery helped transform the food industry by making products last longer and travel further — but one of the biggest breakthroughs came from the development of high-speed filling and sealing systems, which today can package hundreds to thousands of units per minute with extremely tight tolerances. Some modern beverage and FMCG lines can process enough product in a single day to fill entire supermarkets.
