Business Development Manager (Audio Visual)
London
£40,000 - £60,000 DOE / £95,000 - £120,000 OTE

20 days annual leave + bank holidays + paid expenses + pension

Monday – Friday : 08:30 – 17:00 (Hybrid)

The Company:

Holding a great reputation within the meeting room technology space, my client is an award-winning AV integrator that has seen huge growth since their conception in 2019.

They are now looking to expand their sales team to enhance this growth. All sales staff are currently equipped with all the tools to help them succeed including top quality lead generation software and various other innovative sales tools.

The Role:

This position will be a 50% / 50% split between new business and account management and you will be responsible for:

-          Prospecting

-          Growing client accounts to maximise profitability

-          Following up on sales enquiries

-          Assessing the needs of your clients and providing suggestions on the best solution to suit those needs

-          Carrying out site surveys

-          Consulting with the design team

-          Closing deals!

Essential Qualities and Skills:

-          Previous B2B sales experience within a technology sector

-          Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Preferred Qualities and Skills:

-          Experience selling AV solutions and meeting room technology

In return:

If successful, you would receive a basic salary of between £40,000 - £60,000,  a first year OTE of £95,000 - £120,000 along with pension contributions and 20 days annual leave + bank holidays.

All of the sales team are currently achieving or exceeding their targets and one of the sales person has exceeded his annual target within the first 6 months of this year!

You will also be able to work on a hybrid basis with any work expenses covered.
