£45,000 - £50,000 per annum negotiable plus fantastic benefits package including new company car, laptop, tablet, mobile, pension and realistic OTE
I am currently working with a genuine market leader in the electrical accessory sector. This company have established themselves as the major player in this market by providing an amazing product offering to their customers which covers everything from wall sockets to the latest technology in home security camera solutions.
They are looking for a specialist in the New Build Residential sectors who is well connected with the national and regional Property Developers. It is vital for this role that you have already established relationships with these people so please do not apply unless you are confident that you could open doors for my client. Whilst strong product knowledge would obviously be advantageous, my client has an excellent support network and full product training will be provided, therefore the most important factor will be the people that you have a relationship with that you can call on to sell to. These contacts must be current and relevant and up to date.
Specifically my client is looking for someone who is connected with the decision makers in either of the following areas:
- Major National Property Developers
- Smaller Regional Developers
- Local Authorities Housing departments
Whilst my client needs someone in the South east of the country, it is also important to understand that this role will involve travel Nationwide. You will be expected to visit branches of your clients across the country to ensure you are cultivating relationships and maximising every sales opportunity possible.
