We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager based in the Midlands. My client is a well established but growing NSI Gold Company based and have been running for over 30 years. They specialise in the design, service and installation of Security systems, including but not limited to Intruder alarms, CCTV and Access control. Due to planned growth they require the skill set of an experienced Business Development Manager within the Security industry.
The role:
This role requires someone who has the ability to bring in new business, selling installation and service contracts to end users, contractors and consultants. At the beginning the role will be very much new business, however the clients you bring on board will be yours to manage.
You will be expected to sell Intruder, IP CCTV and Access control installation, service and monitoring contracts. Knowledge of the industry and the standards is critical. You will be expected to design and estimate all sales to NSI Gold standards. Target wise you will be looking at £500,000 per annum, with bonus working quarterly. The role will be covering the Midlands, targeting that area, nothing further a field.
Experience / Skills required:
- Business Development experience
- Ability to bring in new business
- Security industry experience
- Proven sales record in the industry, having sold Intruder, CCTV and Access
- NSI Gold standards knowledge
- Full UK Driving licence
