Salary / Package: £17,000 - £21,000 depending up on experience, Holidays - 20 day + Stat

Job Type: Full time / Mon - Fri / 9am - 5pm (Flex)

My Client is a water treatment/environmental services company, working primarily within the commercial/building services/leisure/hotel/industrial sectors. We are a serviced- based operation providing chemical treatments and expertise with an emphasis on good service and speedy communication - with a range of clients including airlines, schools, hospitals, local councils, and commercial buildings.
Due to the nature of the business, client confidentiality is paramount. We work closely with our customers to ensure all problems are dealt with and resolved in a professional manner with minimal disruption.

Job Description

Summary: As an Office Administrator Assistant, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the Administration Manager & all areas of the office

Responsibilities:


  • Answering incoming calls
  • Booking service work
  • Client updates - Emails and Portal
  • Clients Booking/Re-booking
  • Non-Conformance Report
  • Engineer Liaison
  • Diary Management

You must have or hold:


  • 1/2 years experience in an administration role
  • Experience within the Water Hygiene/Treatment sector - (Desirable)
  • GCSE or equivalent (required)
  • Attention to detail & organisation is a must
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Conversant with Word and Excel with general computer skills & filing skills are essential
