£30,000 - £35,000 plus company vehicle, fuel card, phone, laptop, tablet, pension an 28 days holiday inclusive of statutory days
My clients specialise in the retrofit industry, helping to create the next generation of energy efficient homes and buildings and due to organic growth, they are looking for a Installation Coordinator to join their growing team.
Purpose of the role:
As a Junior Contract Manager, you will be joining a highly engaged and experience multi-disciplined team, playing a key role in the delivery of an impressive portfolio of energy efficiency projects, focused on internal wall insulation and external building treatments such as insulated render/cladding, internal wall insulation and room in roof insulation projects.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Scoping & pricing of Domestic installations (loft, internal, external etc.)
Specifying and overseeing the installation of ventilation systems
Managing the overall budget and quality objectives of individual projects and programmes of work
Health & safety management on sites falling under your responsibility
Quality control on sites under your management
Reporting on performance, HSEQ and financials
To apply you MUST have or hold:
A minimum of 12 months site management/construction contract experience
Domestic retrofit/fitout experience
Hold SMSTS & SSSTS
CSCS, NEBOSH construction, IOSH, NVQ Level 2 Building Treatments – desirable
Full UK driving licence
