Location: The South
£26,000 - £30,000 plus company vehicle, fuel card, phone, laptop, life assurance, pension and 25 days holiday excluding statutory days
My client is an industry leader in air hygiene and water treatment solutions and delivers a portfolio of services to blue-chip companies in the industrial, commercial and public sector organisations.
Due to expansion, they are now looking to recruit an additional Supervisor to join their team.
The role:
Working with a growing SME you will play a key role as Supervisor of the South. You will lead and be responsible for overseeing all service delivery activities and staff and make sure that site activities are managed to the highest standards.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Managing a team of approximately 10 direct staff with 1 team leader
Review job requirements
Review and approve RAMS for assigned jobs
Manage the day-to-day job requirements of each job allocated to your area to make sure your team have the relevant information and resources
Inductions, training & development, appraisals and disciplinaries
Closure and review of jobs, escalation of issues and areas for improvements
Conducting regular 1-2-1’s with your direct reports
To apply for this role, you must have or hold:
Full UK driving licence
Based within a 70-mile radius of Bristol
Experience of working on high security sites, healthcare and commercial sites
Knowledge of TR19 standards and experience in Air Hygiene is essential
Computer and IT system literate
Hold experience in a Supervisor, Team Leader or Management role
Security clearance via the Prison Service is essential for this role as is an enhanced DBS check.
