Position: Static Site Supervisor

Location: Reading

Duration: Permanent

Salary: up to £41,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Site Supervisor for a large static site based in Reading

This role will include dealing with all on site maintenance as well as managing a team of three engineers, organising and managing sub contractors on site, making sure all health and safety is adhered to, sit surveys, attending client meetings as well as other duties

This role will still involve some hands on engineering maintenance so we require this supervisor to have a building services qualification preferably 18^th edition or fgas

The right person for this position will already have experience as a site supervisor as well as a strong working background as a building services engineer

This is a static site, but it is a substantial site so we will prefer this person to have a full UK driving licence to travel around site

Requirement

• Strong working background in Commercial building services maintenance
• Experience managing a site and a team
• Holding a building services qualification
• Preferably holding 18^th Edition or Fgas
• Must have excellent client management skills
• Based in a short commute to Reading
• Full UK driving licence is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of on site health and safety
• Ability to create small quotations and reports

Package

• Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
• No on call
• Company vehicle (to be confirmed for personal usage)
• 20 days holiday increasing yearly
• Pension
• Overtime available
