Position: Mobile General Maintenance Engineer

Location: London/ Greater London

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £32,000 to £34,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for a general maintenance engineer for a mobile position covering 6 commercial sites in London

This position will be working as part of a team dealing with planned and reactive maintenance for a set contract with sites that include offices, café and converted buildings

This position will be dealing with general maintenance such as fabric works, painting, basic plumbing, water temperature checks, emergency lighting tests and fire alarm checks

The right person for this position will hold a full UK driving licence, they will already have a strong working background in commercial maintenance. We would like this person to have some form of maintenance qualification, however this could include plumbing, carpentry etc

Requirements

• Strong commercial maintenance background
• Full UK driving licence
• Happy to travel in London
• We do not require a building services qualification; but it would be an advantage
• Must be able to provide a work reference
• Able to do water temperature checks, emergency lighting and alarm checks

• Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
