£30,000 - £32,000 basic, OTE circa £45,000, Van, phone, laptop, travel time (paid at time and half), overtime after 40 hours, paid weekly

My client is a rapidly growing fire alarm installations company who are looking for an experienced Fire alarm service engineer based in the North West. The company specialise in the design, installation, commission and maintenance of Fire alarms across the North of England. They have been established for over 30 years and have grown year on year, now employed over 70 people over 3 different divisions. They are a Notifier integrator and thrive themselves on a happy workplace.

The role:

This role will require the ideal candidate to service and maintain a wide range of Fire alarms within commercial properties around the North West of England. You will be expected to work to the highest standard in line with FIA regulations. Work is sent to you to PDA’s and is organised on a weekly basis correctly and professionally. Fire alarms you would be expected to come across are; Notifier, Gent, Morley, Advanced, Kentec, Ziton and many more.

Experience and skills required:

• Experience servicing a wide range of Fire alarms
• Knowledge and experience of installing and commissioning Fire alarms (benefit not essential)
• FIA units 1, 4 and 5
• Full UK Driving licence
• Ability to work alone and in a team
