Position: M&E Contracts Manager

Location: Bristol and Cardiff area

Duration: Permanent

Salary: approx. £50,000 with a bonus potential of up to 15%

We are looking for an experience Building Services Contracts Manager to join a large Facilities company with major clients throughout South Wales, Bristol and the South West

This position will be managing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing them with planned and reactive M&E support as well as a small amount of project work

The right person for this position will already come from an M&E Contracts Management background preferable from a facilities background. They need to have experience in running contracts that involve; water testing, ahu’s, fan coils, emergency lighting, fire and security alarm, plant room maintenance etc

We need this person to already have experience running a portfolio of commercial sites worth a minimum of £1 million. It would be an advantage if this person has some technical experience.

These sites will be spread mainly between South Wales and Bristol so we are happy to look at a contract manager commutable to either area

Requirements

• Strong working background within M&E Contracts Management
• Experience working for a facilities company
• Technical experience would be an advantage
• Full UK driving licence
• Based in a commutable distance to Bristol or South Wales
• Must be experience in running planned and reactive maintenance contracts
