Position: Static Building Maintenance Engineer

Location: Central Reading

Salary: From £36,000 to £37,000 plus package

Duration: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced level 2 qualified building services engineer for a medium size static site based in the centre of Reading

This position will be working in a multi storey office block. They will be required to deal with the on site planned and reactive maintenance which will include water testing, fan coil, plant room, emergency lighting as well as making sure that all on site compliance is completed

The right person for this position will be based in a short commute to the centre of Reading. They need to have a strong working background in commercial building maintenance and holding a level 2 building services qualification (electrical or mechanical)

Requirements

• Strong working background as a building services engineer
• Based in a short commute to the centre of Reading
• Level 2 qualification
• Driving licence is not required
• Happy to work a Monday to Friday position
• Able to work alone and with a team

Package

• Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
• No on call
• Pension
• Overtime available
• Can join the team on call if able to drive
