Position: Contract Manager

Location: Need to be able to commute to Slough at least one day per week

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £50,000 to £55,000

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Building Services Contract Manger for a full time permanent position

This position will be managing a portfolio of approx. £1.5 million. They will be managing a team of mobile and static engineers as well as a contract administrator

The right person for this position will already have a strong Contract Manager background in commercial building services maintenance. It would be an advantage if this person came from a technical background (mechanical or electrical).

This position will be managing sites in central London; how ever they will be expected to attend the office in Slough for at least one day a week

Requirements

• Strong working background with M&E Contract Management
• Experience in managing engineers, KPI’s, SLA’s, Quotations, Health and safety etc
• Technical background would be an advantage
• Must be willing to attend the Slough office at least once a week
• Full UK driving licence
• Must be able to manage a large commercial site portfolio
