Position: Administrator/ Candidate Generator
Location: Slough
Duration: Permanent
Salary: up to £28,000 plus package
We are looking for an experienced Administrator with a background in dealing with Candidate Generation/ Resourcing.
This position is working for a very well established company based in Slough who are growing rapidly within their industry
The right person for this position will have excellent IT skills but also have some experience in resourcing for new staff via job boards, advertising, social media and other areas. It would be an advantage if this person had some form of HR knowledge so that they can assist with job offers, induction days etc.
This is an office based role, however there could be potential after probation to do some remote working
Requirements
• Strong administration background
• Experienced in resourcing for new staff
• Good with social media
• Very strong telephone manner
• It would be an advantage if this person has some hr administration skills
• Experience working for a recruitment company would be an advantage
Package
• Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Potential for some remote working in the future
