Position: Mobile Building Services Engineer

Location: South Wales

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £34,000 to £36,000 plus travel time, overtime and performance bonus

We are looking for an experienced mobile commercial building services engineer for a full time permanent position covering the South Wales area

This position will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance of commercial sites that will include offices, warehouses, schools etc

The right person for this position will already have experience dealing with emergency lighting, fan coil maintenance, water testing, plant room maintenance etc.

We do require a level 2 qualification within building services and a full UK driving licence.

Requirements

• Strong working background as a commercial building maintenance engineer
• Full UK driving licence
• Based in a commutable distance to Cardiff
• Minimum of a level 2 qualification within building services (mechanical or electrical)
• Happy to travel throughout the across to Bristol if needed
• Able to join the on call service
