Client

My client has been in operation since 2016, relatively new start up company who employ 5 people. The company are a service based reseller of Glue application machines mainly serving in FMCG industry. The client has agreements in place with leading OEMs and offer service contracts for existing machines.

Role

• Mechanical engineering background
• Working in the workshop on mechanical & electrical faults of packaging machinery
• Fault finding on capital equipment & applications like glue guns ect
• 70% will be workshop based other 30% at customers sites
• Will be required to do some travel to customers sites which will include nights away as and when
• Wiring & re-wiring
• Soldering of cables
• Assembling of OEM equipment
• Installation, repair, breakdowns, PPM
• Testing of equipment and have the ability to get to the bottom of a problem

Qualifications

• Some description of a mechanical/Electrical qual (L2/L3)
• Driving licence
