Job Title: Service Manager

Based in: Macclesfield

Salary: £30k - £35k

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 17:00)

Job Purpose Summary: To manage and service provision to North West clients, as well as installation works.

The Company:

Key Responsibilities:

-          Provide remote and physical support to all projects in the North West.

-          Manage all Service Level Agreements.

-          Provide Technical support to clients and upselling where possible.

-          Manage and coordinate project specific teams to provide first line 24hr telephone support and be the initial contact for that support.

-          Carry out surveys and produce reports for prospective new service clients.

-          Accurate recording of all service calls, rectification works and corresponding billing.

-          Provide a weekly report on service progress.

-          Carry out installation work in the geographical areas covered.

Experience and Skills Required:

-          Experience working with multi discipline projects within the Audio Visual, Data

Network and Lighting Control realm.

-          Experience working with control systems such as Crestron, Lutron, AMX, Extron

and RTI.

-          A good understanding of Data networks.

-          Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills.

-          Positive attitude towards work and the ability to work flexibly.

-          Full UK Driving License

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

-          CTS certification

-          AV manufacturer qualifications such Crestron NVX

-          Lutron trained

-          An understanding of Residential, Commercial, and marine markets.

In Return:

In return for your hard work, you will receive a fantastic salary ranging between £30,000 - £35,000 per year, 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and there is also the possibility of a company car and fuel card! If you wish to use your own car, mileage will be covered at 45p a mile.

There will also be opportunities to generate extra income by working on call where stand by rates will be paid – even if you don’t get called out.
