Position: Static Building Services Engineer

Location: South Wales

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £34,000 to £35,0000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a new position in South Wales

This position will be to support 4 sites in South Wales and 1 site in Bristol with planned maintenance cover. This will include covering long term sickness, holidays etc

The engineer will be dealing with the site planned maintenance. They will not be going to different sites in one day, the cover will consist of a week to up to months at a time on one of the sites.

This is a full time permanent position for someone that does not want to join an on call rota and happy to do a Monday to Friday position.

We do require this person to be experience in fan coil maintenance, alarm checks, emergency lighting, water temp checks etc. They need to hold a level 2 building services qualification and a full UK driving licence

Requirements

• Strong working background in commercial building services maintenance
• Happy to do planned maintenance position
• A knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Level 2 building services qualification
• Willing to cover the five sites
• Happy to do a Monday to Friday position

Package

• Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
