Site based & hybrid working.

Established for over 30 years, we are a tremendously successful, NSI Gold and BAFE approved Fire & Security company.  We are an industry leading company, who supply and maintain life and property safety systems throughout the UK, with clients across the public and private sectors. We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive individual to join our project team.

The role:

• Accountable for co-ordinating multiple fire alarm installations across the South Region.
• Expected to manage various projects at one time, ranging from £5k - £500k in value.
• Agreeing costs and coordination sub-contractor attendance.
• Agreeing payments/negotiating retention.
• Ensuring margin aspirations are achieved.
• Visiting sites to ensure work is completed in with the schedule.
• Liaising with the client, end user, sub-contractors, and engineers to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
• Completion and issue of certification.

Skills & Experience required:

• Previous experience with Fire systems.
• Be able to multi-task.
• Be able to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Tackle any issues with a positive attitude.
• Be friendly and approachable.
