A client of mine in the Packaging Industry is looking for an Internal Account Executive to join their busy team in their Andover office. This company is a market leader In providing protective packaging to large retail clients around the UK.
As an internal Account Executive, you will be essential to the smooth running of these large clients and making sure all Orders, quotes and deliveries are processed. This role will have a lot of customer facing responsibilities as you will the main point of contact for these clients so you will have to be comfortable on the phone.
Main experience looking for:
- Customer Service experience (3+ years)
- Working for a Manufacturing, production, or construction Company
- Experience in completing quotes, sales orders and deliveries
Main Responsibilities:
- Resolving and confirming any questions clients have
- Complete sales orders, quotations, and deliveries
- liaise with warehouse and know when orders can be delivered
- Be able to communicate to other team members and work in unison to complete tasks
