Position: Contract Administrator
Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £22,000 to £24,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator for a full time, permanent office based position in St Ives
This position will be working for a very well established maintenance company that deal with mechanical and electrical maintenance across the country.
We are looking for a contract administrator who has experience preparing and reviewing company contracts. Dealing closely with the contracts and projects managers to support and advise on issues found. Working closely with the in house engineers, organising work loads, materials etc
The right person for this position will have experience in a maintenance coordinating environment. They need to have experience with CRM systems and updating client contracts
Requirements
- Strong administration background
- Experience dealing with engineers
- Able to update and review contracts
- Based in a short commute to St Ives
- Good at picking up new systems
- Ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment
