Position: Air Conditioning Bias Mobile Building Services Engineer
Location: London
Duration: Permanent
Salary: Up to £42,000 plus package
We are looking for an experienced air conditioning engineer with experience in building services maintenance for a full time, permanent mobile position.
This role will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning plant as well as some general building services maintenance. Please not that this is an air conditioning bias role.
It is a mobile position, mainly covering offices throughout London
The right person for this position will be able to deal with the planned and reactive maintenance of splits, vrv’s and ahus as well as dealing with water testing, emergency lighting etc.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of air conditioning service and maintenance
- Fgas 2079
- Full UK driving licence
- Happy to travel into London
- Experienced in dealing with general building services maintenance
- Additional qualifications would be an advantage but not essential
Package
- Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- On call allowance
- Over time available
