Asbestos Consultant
Location: New Zealand – Auckland and Wellington
Negotiable from $70,000 plus flights and transfer costs from the UK to NZ, visa & medical costs, 3 weeks accommodation upon arrival, mobile phone and company car
My clients are a well-established multi-disciplined company based in New Zealand. They currently have 6 offices across the Country and are looking to expand.
Due to this growth, they are looking for a Asbestos Consultant to join their ever-growing company.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Manage and assist with projects and sub-projects ranging from project inception to conclusion.
- Conduct a range of asbestos and hazardous materials audits including domestic, commercial and industrial properties.
- Undertake HAZMAT assessments and prepare plans
- Asbestos air monitoring and clearances
- Asbestos in soil sampling
- Occupational hygiene (exposure sampling/ monitoring)
To apply you must have or hold:
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience
- Hold P402, P404 & P405
- Fully competent within the Asbestos industry
- Ideally have good knowledge of Project Management
