Job Title: AV / VC Service Engineer
Location: London
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (08:30 – 17:30)
The Company:
Specialising in corporate audio visual and video conferencing solutions, this company is one of the most well renowned organisations of its type throughout Europe. They are now seeing increased growth in the UK and are looking to expand their team of Engineers to correlate with this growth.
Job Purpose Summary:
To work independently, providing remote and physical support to clients throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test, diagnose and repair AV and VC systems.
- Maintain up to date service documentation.
- Prioritise workload ensuring all service issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Carry out routine maintenance on installed systems.
- Provide training to clients on how to operate equipment where necessary.
- Maintain positive relationships when dealing with clients.
- Arrange equipment repairs whilst keeping clients up to date throughout the process.
- Adhere to health and safety policies.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Full UK Driving License and valid Passport.
- An understanding of Audio Visual and Video Conference systems.
- The ability to diagnose and repair corporate AV systems.
