My client is a leading manufacturer of bulk/material handling conveyor systems that supply directly to the Food industry, Based in the south my client employs 180 staff and supplies machines to large blue chip companies such as Nestle, Lays, Pepsico, Walkers worldwide. Role includes international travel

Role

• Traveling globally to sell full conveyor systems to the Food industry
• Providing customers with bespoke advice on correct engineering solutions
• Working to long sales process
• Providing quotations & proposals
• Being very customer focused
• Working to a target of £2m
• Working on projects up to £1m with an average being £300k
• Working to deadlines
• Managing multiple projects at once delivering updates to customers and sometimes managing that process
• Account management 70/30

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience of selling capital equipment into the food industry
• Ability to cover an international/export role
• Based near a UK airport
• Engineering qualification (preferable)
