My client is a well experienced IT support company based in Padiham, Lancashire. Due to their extensive growth they are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team. They predominately work with local businesses around the North West with reputation for delivering 5 star service.

The Role:

This role will require an experienced IT support engineer. You will be expected to deal with answering support tickets, aiding to provide solutions to a variety of IT related issues. Previous experience in dealing with 1^st/3^rd line support issues would be key as this is what the role will entail. Applicants with previous roles of hardware/software engineers would also be considered as the role can require versatility. Dealing with clients, strong customer service skills and experience are also required. This role may also require on site visits in order to help aid with clients IT problems.

Skills/Experience required:

-        Experience within the MSP industry

-        Basic background of IT

-        Strong customer service skills

-        Outgoing and energetic personality

-        Full UK drivers licence
