Position: Air Conditioning bias Building Services Engineer

Location: Covering the North West

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £34,000 to £38,000 plus travel time and bonus

We are looking for an Air Conditioning Bias Building Services Engineer for a mobile position covering the North West.

This position will be working within commercial buildings dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance of splits, ahu’s, fan coils, water chillers and wet systems as well as temperature checks, emergency lighting, alarm checks etc

This working will be mainly around the Manchester area; however, they will be covering other areas of the North West

We do require this engineer to be holding a level 2 building services qualification, preferably Fgas

Requirements

• Strong background in building services maintenance
• Must be able to maintain ahu’s, fan coils etc
• Full UK driving licence
• Based in a commutable location to Manchester
• Fgas 2079 preferred but not essential
• Must hold a level 2 building services qualification
• Additional qualifications would be an advantage
• Happy to travel throughout the North West
