Asset & Procurement Coordinator
Location: Longbridge, B31
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

Live Events – Asset Coordinator:
This isn’t your typical coordinator role and will involve organising the selection and booking of kit and event crew for all sorts of events including concert tours, festivals, corporate dinners, theatre shows and exhibitions. You’ll be an integral part of the team that plan the very best events in the world.
You’ll need to be able to assess the technical kit specifications for each booked project and make suggestions for changes identifying the best use of company assets. Raising purchase orders as needed and monitoring costs for subrental and logistics will also be a key part of this wide-ranging role.
You’ll need to be able to work autonomously as well as building strong relationships with different internal teams. Not two days will ever be the same here
Requirements:
Technical Event knowledge
Excellent Organisation and communication skills

In return my client is offering a package consisting of a salary of £27,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
