My client is an established manufacturer of specialised equipment, providing high quality products to various industries. They are extremely well known for the companies’ ability to offer the bespoke design and manufacturing solutions for products required by their clients. Due to an exciting period of growth, they are looking for a Validation Engineer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity a Validation Engineer to support the order bank of specialist equipment, operating within various sectors such as rail, aerospace and industrial.
Validation Engineer
Saint Leonards – on-sea
£30,000 - £40,000 DOE, 25 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays, pension scheme, private healthcare, bonus scheme and an early finish on a Friday (4.5 days a week work).Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Support audits and inspections by clients and external bodies.
- Ensure information is complete and accurate.
- Review protocols, reports and other documentations.
- Create and manage validation plans for complex projects.
- Train manufacturing and Quality Control staff on new validation protocols.
- Follow up internally and externally ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Plan, organise and track tasks to ensure they are complete in line with schedule commitments.
- Liaise with external contractors.
Experience and Skills required:
- Strong electrical / electronic background.
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Experience working within quality assured & regulated environments.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanics and electrics.
- Able to complete documentation correctly – good attention to detail.
- Experience of supporting audits.
- Knowledge of testing, development and inspection work.
- Confident working within a team and alone.
- Fluent in English
- Strong communications skills both verbally and written.
