Live Event Role: Assistant Technical Events Manager
Location: Central London, EC2
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000, 32 Days Holiday (including Bank holidays), 5% pension, Sick Pay, Perk Box, Childcare Vouchers, in house “university” to upskill and an individual career development plan, paid time off for charitable work, lots of social events, TOIL and private health insurance!
Event Industry Venue Management Role:
- Work with the Technical Event Manager as the technical contact for the venue to maintain a strong relationship
- Work with clients on a day-to-day basis, including proactively discussing future opportunities
- Upselling and cross selling services wherever possible to increase venue turnover
- Taking a customer brief and quoting a technical solution to suit the requirement and the venue space
- Working alongside technicians to rig and de-rig equipment or delegating as needed and being available for any technical issues
- Managing onsite technician/s and any freelance support used
Requirements for the Event manager:
- Ability to technically specify and run event production solutions
- You’ll need to have experience in a similar role or as a Senior Technician
- Strong relationship building skills

Package available for the right person:
In return my client is offering an excellent salary of £40,000 to £45,000, 32 Days Holiday (including Bank holidays), 5% pension, Sick Pay, Perk Box, Childcare Vouchers, in house “university” to upskill and an individual career development plan, paid time off for charitable work, lots of social events and private health insurance.
