Position: Air Conditioning Contracts Manager/ Contracts Supervisor

Location: Preston

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £35,000 to £45,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager/ Contracts Supervisor to join a busy Air Conditioning Team in the North West

This position will be overseeing the implementation of air conditioning and refrigeration services to a variety of sectors. This is the perfect position for a supervising engineer looking to take their first step up into contract management or for an experienced contract supervisor or manager

This person does need to come from an air conditioning technical background with experience dealing with commercial projects

This position will include:

• Daily and weekly resourcing, scheduling and management of engineers and sub-contractors
• Ensuring Health and Safety compliance is maintained
• Ensuring quality control of engineers
• Developing customer relations
• Preparation of documentation in order too progress projects from quotation to hand over
• Provide leadership for the project delivery team
• Produce materials lists and quotations from suppliers
• Technical assistance to clients and engineers

Requirements

• Strong working background within Air Conditioning Service and Maintenance
• Experience in quotations, man management, contract management
• Happy to commute to Preston
• Strong IT and Communication Skills
• Full UK driving licence
