Planning Coordinator

Location: Oxford

£salary negotiable plus death in service, medical insurance, pension and 28 days holiday inclusive of statutory days

I am currently working with a specialist Water Hygiene/Treatment that have been operating for over 20 years and have a very good reputation with their clients.

Due to internal promotion, they are now looking for an additional Planning Coordinator to join their growing team.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Manage Operative’s diaries; - reactive and monthly compliance works.
• Prioritising emergency/reactive works.
• Booking appointments and allocating works to the available operatives and following works from start through to completion.
• Ensure all relevant data is updated on a timely basis.
• Liaising with tenants and Operatives to arrange visits.
• Effectively communicate any concerns about work quality and ensure operatives have the right material to complete their work.
• Take part in meetings, supervision, training as requested by the manager.
• Carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s customer care standards.

• Ideally based within a commutable distance of Bicester
• Have experience of planning reactive works for Engineers
• Computer literate
• Excellent attention to details
