Position: Mobile M&E Engineer
Location: London and Home Counties
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £43,000 to £45,000 plus package
We are looking for an experience Commercial M&E Engineer for a mobile position covering in and around London
This position will be working on commercial sites dealing with planned and reactive maintenance dealing with maintenance that will include fan coil maintenance, ahu’s, water testing, emergency lighting, alarm checks, plant room maintenance as well as other maintenance duties.
The right person for this position will hold a minimum of an electrical or mechanical building services qualification. They will be knowledgeable in both areas. This is a mobile position, so we do require a full UK driving licence
Requirements
- Strong working background in commercial maintenance
- Holding a minimum of a level 2 in either a mechanical or electrical qualification
- Full UK Driving licence
- Happy to travel throughout London
- Good customer service skills
