Wastewater Technician

Location: Tamworth

£25,000 - £35,000 plus company van, fuel card, phone, laptop, retail discounts, private pension, share scheme and 23 days holiday excluding statutory days

I am currently working with a wastewater treatment specialist who are continually investing in their manufacturing technology and can offer advice on effluent plant treatment design, plant servicing and optimization as well as operative training.

Due to internal promotion, they are currently looking for an additional Wastewater Technician to join their team.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Attend client sites to ensure correct utilisation of our chemistry and plant equipment to best meet clients discharge consent limits and wastewater management needs
• Assist in the assembly of equipment and plant for use within clients or own sites and fitting & installing of same
• Service clients equipment to a high standard based on a service plan
• Provide relevant site visit reports after every customer contact to be able to track required follow up works and SLA requirements

To apply you MUST have or hold:

• Full UK driving licence
• Be efficient with route planning to reduce mileage as much as possible
• Technician with good standards and practices in operation and implementation
• Based within a commutable distance of Tamworth
• Ideally Mechanical bias
• Excellent knowledge and experience with Pumps

Full training will be provided.
