Position: Mobile Building Services Engineer

Location: Covering the North East

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £36,000 to £37,000 plus travel time and bonus

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full time permanent position covering the North East

This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial sites throughout the North East. Dealing with Water Testing, Emergency Lighting, Alarm checks, AHU’s, Fan Coil Maintenance, Plant Room Checks etc

The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in commercial building services maintenance. We need them to be holding a level 2 building services qualification (mechanical or electrical).

This is a mobile position, so we do require a full UK driving licence

Requirements

• Strong working background in commercial building services maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Based in the North East
• Holding a level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification
• Able to deal with mechanical and electrical building services maintenance
• Happy to travel throughout the North East
