Position: Mobile Electrical bias Building Services Engineer
Location: M4 corridor to include Reading, Slough, Basingstoke etc
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £38,000 to £40,000 plus travel time and bonus
We are looking for an experienced Electrical bias Building Services Engineer for a full time permanent position covering the M4 Corridor
This position will be dealing with electrical maintenance, installation and testing own works as well as dealing with other building services maintenance such as water testing, fan coil maintenance, plant room maintenance and alarm compliance
The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial maintenance background. They do need to be holding 17th or 18th Edition as well as Test and Inspect.
Requirements
- Strong electrical knowledge
- Experience in commercial planned and reactive maintenance
- 17th or 18th Edition
- Must have test and inspect
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in mechanical building services maintenance
- Based in a commutable distance to Reading, Maidenhead or Basingstoke
- Able to join the on call team
