Position: Electrical Engineer

Salary: £38,000-£40,000 Per annum, company van, 20 days holiday, sick pay, private healthcare, company pension, career progression, tools, phone, tablet

Location: Leeds, Yorkshire

Days: Monday-Friday, Overtime is available if wanted

Role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with an electrical maintenance background to join our operations team, this position requires for you to have great communication skills, whether that is face to face or remotely, attention to detail on site conditions and the completion of PPM records, our main focus for the operations department is to improve the communication between field operatives and office functions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for various sites
  
  
  
  • Triage callouts and assign callout engineers       
  • Manage the repair schedule
  • Arrange sickness cover
  • CAFM system responsibilities
  • Ensure all site paperwork is up to standard
  • To make sure all sites are up to standard and kept in and clean and tidy manner.
  • Providing PPM service to a selection of commercial properties
  • Assisting with reactive work
  
  

Requirements

Good knowledge of M&E systems within commercial properties

Full UK Driving license

Computer Literate

Fluent in English
