Air Conditioning Service engineer
North East
£37k - £40k basic depending on experience and location
39 hour working week, overtime available @ 1.5 after 5pm & Saturday, double time Sunday
Company van, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, fuel card, pension, 30mins each way travel time
A highly reputable company within the area with nearly 50 years of experience providing a full range of air conditioning and refrigeration services including installations, service, maintenance and design.
Starting their work within the North East, they quickly became 1 of the leading companies to work for and with. Creating relationships with customers and engineers across the Country they began providing their service Nationwide and have successfully completed a large amount of projects in the UK and overseas.
The Role:
- Day to day would be mainly working on Air Conditioning with a bit of refrigeration work
- Able to work on their own and capable of carrying out planned & reactive maintenance work, full diagnostics, and repairs to all Air conditioning & Refrigeration units.
- Working on chillers systems with a good electrical knowledge
- Travel across the North East as well as occasional work Nationwide where you may be required to stay away
Experience and Skills required:
- 5 years proven experience with Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- City & Guild Level 2 (Essential)
- F-GAS (Essential)
- Confident working on all AC & refrigeration manufacturers and different units
- CSCS card (Advantageous)
- Good IT knowledge
- A full UK Driving Licence
- DBS checked
In return:
My client is willing to pay a competitive basic salary of between £37,000 to £40,000 depending on your location and experience, alongside overtime time & ½.
