Account Manager

London£30,000-£50,000 basic salary (negotiable)
25 days holiday excluding statutory days (+1 day for every year of service) and the option to buy additional holidays. Hybrid role. Company pension.
I am working with a leading provider that offers installation and solutions for Live Events. My client works with some of the biggest and well-known events in the UK. They are a growing business with a flexible, supportive can-do attitude towards any projects they are working on.
Responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for clients, taking clear and detailed client briefs and communicating these to the technical team to deliver
- Attending and chairing client meetings and site visits.
- Updating booking software with event progress and milestones
- Creation of sales proposals and marketing materials including case studies
- Sourcing logistics information to aid in the creation of crew communication documents.
- Supporting Projects Team with operational and logistical tasks during busy periods
- Educating clients and venues about the wide range of services we can offer.
- Advising clients on appropriate AV solutions for their events, liaising with technical managers where needed
- Contributing to the creative design process for client events
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Attending networking and industry events
- On site client support for larger productions where needed
- Other duties to meet the needs of the business.
- Assistance of other departments and other duties to meet the needs of the business.
Experience:
- At least 2 years’ experience in the live events industry
- The successful candidate must have a curiosity to learn, whilst displaying resilience and a can-do attitude
- Have a polished and professional manner, projecting confidence and enthusiasm to clients.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be prepared to react quickly to tasks in an efficient way.
- Be highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables and stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring multiple projects are moving toward their deadline.
