Position: Mobile Fabric/ Maintenance Engineer

Duration: Permanent

Location: Borehamwood

Salary: From £32,000 to £35,000

We are looking for an experienced Fabric/ Maintenance Engineer for a mobile position covering a very small geographical area.

This position will be covering the planned and reactive maintenance for 5 sites within a five mile radius of each other.

These areas include Borehamwood, Stanmore and Hendon.

The right person for this position will already have a working background in general commercial building maintenance. Dealing with basic carpentry, painting, plastering etc. Additional experience such as AHU’s and water testing would be an advantage

This is a mobile position, so we will require a full UK driving licence

Requirements

• Experience as a Fabric or Maintenance Engineer
• Based in an area that could include Stanmore, Hendon, Borehamwood, Edgeware or New Barnett
• Full UK driving licence
• A level 2 qualification such as plumbing, carpentry etc would be an advantage
• Must be happy to cover 5 sites

• Basic salary based on a 40 hour week
