Position: Air Conditioning Branch Manager

Location: Derbyshire

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £50,000 to £57,000 plus extensive package

We are looking to take on a manager to join a branch of a well established Air Conditioning company that provides a service across the East Midlands

This branch deals with Planned and Reactive Maintenance as well as the Installations of Air Conditioning plant throughout out the East Midlands

There is already a strong team in place, however we require a branch manager to manage all areas of the business which will include business development, procurement, projects, as well as dealing with branch management that will include KPI's, Profit and Loss etc.

The right person for this position will already have a strong working background as a Manager within the Air Conditioning or Refrigeration Industry. They need to have strong product knowledge and have a passion to grow a business and team. We need this person to have a passion for business development as we will require this manager to manage and develop existing clients as well as bringing in new business.

Requirements

• Experience as a Working Manager
• Strong business development skills
• Passionate about providing an excellent service
• Must have good technical knowledge of air conditioning
• Ability to run a busy branch
• Looking for a new management challenge
• Project knowledge would be an advantage
