Ares Sales Manager
South east / London
£50,000 to £65,000 OTE £85,000 plus car allowance or company car.
40 hours per week, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, company car or car allowance, life and medical insurance.
We are working on the behalf of one of the worlds leading companies within the HVAC sector, with decades of establishment.
Due to expansion, we are looking for an area sales manager to work in and around London and the South East, generating new business and managing existing clients, dealing with chillers, air conditioning and heating solutions. Working with mostly one, world leading manufacturer.
The role
We are looking for an area sales manager, with experience selling within the HVAC sector. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is technically minded and has previously worked with many of the major manufacturers of chillers, heating solutions and air conditioning systems. The role will mostly involve selling one brand to end users. We would be expecting the applicant to self-generate new business as well as manage our long-established customer base. We would also expect the candidate to be able to present our products face to face going in depth about their features and how they stand out against our competitors.
Skill and Experience required.
- Proven sales record and technical experience within the HVAC sector.
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in design and application, enough to be able to guide clients with air conditioning, chillers, and heating systems.
- Ability to manage multiple key clients at the same time.
- Be able to excel doing presentations to customers, with system training too.
- Be a competent communicator both verbally and written.
- Be up to date with current legislation.
- IT literate and comfortable using all the major programmes.
In return
If you feel you would excel within this role and have the required experience, then we are willing to pay up to £65,000 with the potential to hit £85,000 with OTE along with a company car or car allowance and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
